ADMISSION PROCEDURE

ADMISSION RULES

  • The academic year is from March to February. Admission starts from the 2nd Week of October every year. Prospectus and admission form can be obtained from the school office.
  • A child who has attained at least 4 years and 6 Months of age will be eligible for admission test in class KG. The Principal reserves the right of accepting or rejecting any childs’ admission.
  • A child who is not mentally fit or is suffering from a disease, that may adversely affect others will NOT BE ADMITTED.
  • Parents are required to fill the prescribed registration form available from school office. Every student seeking admission will have to appear for a Written Test / interview as per the rules. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION DOES NOT, IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE ADMISSION
  • The children who have registered will have to appear for an admission test, which may be written or oral as decided by the School for different levels. The Aptitude test/Interview will be held for English, Hindi, Mathematics and/or any other subject which may be considered necessary.
  • The selection of the candidates will depend upon the child's performance in the test/interview and availability of seats in the concerned class.
  • The date of the result of theaptitude test / interview will be informed to the students.
  • Based on the admission test and other criteria, the School reserves the right to admit any student who is found fit for admission or refuse admission according his/her performance.
  • Admission - Any false or incorrect information furnished may risk selection and enrolment of the students.
  • The names of the children who are selected as per the admission procedure will be displayed on the notice board.

PAYMENT OF FEES

  • Children whose fee have not been paid up-to-date may be prevented from taking school or public examinations.
  • Transfer certificate will not be issued until all outstanding amounts are cleared.
  • The fee payable is subject to change from time to time. Parents will, however, be informed of any such changes.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

A duly filled form available from the school is to be submitted. Following documents are to be submitted with the form:-

  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Original transfer certificate from the student's previous school.
  • Two passport size photographs of the student.
  • The student's last academic report from the previous school.
